A young woman who works during the day as a care assistant in a nursing home, transforms into Princess Shaw at night, and posts her a cappella songs on YouTube. She lives in a deprived area of New Orleans and has always had a hard life. This is what she talks and sings about in front of the camera that she uses like a diary. On the other side of the world, in a kibbutz near Tel Aviv, Kutiman, a musician famous for having created unique pieces mixing songs and notes gathered on the web, listens to her and, without her knowing, decides to help her… A tale of Cinderella replayed in the Internet age. Ido Haar who, a few years ago gave us a moving story about the inevitable and tormented cohabitation between Israelis and Palestinians, with 9 Star Hotel, continues his humanist film approach, using the camera like a bridge between beings. This is therefore how anunforgettable character, a great artist, and the filmmaker who brings them together, give life to a touching film that lets us still believe in miracles.
