EA2 (2ème exercice d’admiration: Jean Eustache)

Jean Eustache’s cult film, La Maman et la putain (1973), is an autobiographical work of fiction. Vincent Dieutre, in this second exercise in admiration, takes up the famous monologue by Veronika, whose character he plays, under the direction of Françoise Lebrun. The filmmaker makes himself an actor and, little by little, claims ownership of this memorable text, turning it into an autofiction.
