A renowned hotel during the Soviet era, The Bakhmaro has today become a restaurant waiting for customers who never come. With its dressed tables, fluorescent orange and green walls, and staff who no longer know how to spend their time, the restaurant seems to belong to the distant past. It symbolises an entire country that is waiting to turn over a new page in History.
