In spring 2011, subject to an eviction notice, Parisian squatters must vacate the building they have been occupying for six months. A community’s ephemeral existence draws to a close. The men and women are apparently carefree as they live through the final moments before their departure. Occasional musical performances take place, some radical remarks are uttered, a telephone call fails to find a solution. Possible lives are taking shape. At the centre of this tale is a charming woman with a rather uncertain future... A beautiful energy runs through this short film, in which a feminine character interacts with an exclusively masculine world. The two filmmakers get close to their protagonist, a kind of contemporary Jean Seberg who embodies certain feminine ideals (blonde and fickle, with doe eyes, a lovely voice and piercings), in her conversations with her temporary companions. They thus bear witness to a place of contradictions where everyone dreams of perpetually poetic situations and finds themselves caught up in a certain banality. Is this fiction or reality?
