A young farmer and his family try to rebuild their lives in a nearly abandoned village in northern Armenia. After having been driven away from their home in the republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, they dream of a new life in the land of their ancestors. Unfortunately the return to the land of their hopes and dreams is not as sweet as expected – danger and enormous difficulties keep on threatening their lives.
