Endless Blue Skies

The film offers a brief window into the life of 13-year-old Denis, a student in a scholar’s programme at an inner-city school in Liverpool. As part of the class, the students learn beekeeping, a skill far removed from their everyday experiences, as a way of building confidence and discovering new perspectives. Guided by Rachel, a passionate local beekeeper, Denis begins to see reflections of his own world and the social structures around him mirrored in the bees. This coming-of-age story explores the quiet moments that shape how we grow, find space to dream, and question the world we inherit.
