The Spirit of Chomolongma

A Tibetan of 70 years describes his memories about the flight from his homeland with his family when he was a boy. A segment of the Interview is being held on the beach of a lake in Switzerland where the protagonist recounts his escape in the Mount Everest area with the help of a sand-model. The only remaining object from Tibet in his possession is a bell. The deeper meaning of the bell transforms his personal story in the course of the film.
