For the Centre Pompidou’s “Où en-êtes vous?” (Where do you stand?) collection, Reichardt responds with this short film, in which she films the sculptor Michelle Segre in her studio. She observes the materials, her movements, her postures and her tempo; but also what happens outside, successfully creating a dialogue between the two spaces in a magical way. In 2021, she would film Showing Up.
