At a market, puppies trapped in a cloth bag whine and struggle to free themselves. One of them manages to tear open the fabric and pull out its head. In this very short documentary, Jia Zhang-Ke uses the same camera movement to connect the traders and the animals, allegorically evoking the situation of the artist in China, hindered by censorship.
