Scylos

A drought has forced Youssef to move to a village in Southern Morocco. The staggering images of the vastness of desert that the former nomad has learned to decypher are contrasted with those of the underwater fossils studied by Western science. Scylos offers a powerful meditation on the brevity of human life in the face of the dizziness of geological time.
