For his first documentary, Canadian fictional filmmaker Kim Nguyen (Rebelle, 2012) focuses on an essential sense, olfaction, our most direct link with desire and memory. He summons before his camera truffle hunters, chefs, perfume creators, etc., who lead the spectator by the nose through this hedonistic evocation of the power of scents.
