Lampoko is the name the people of Bissiga (Burkina Faso) have given the volunteer aid-worker living in their village. The camera follows her daily routine and records her surroundings as she integrates into the culture. An observational exploration of solitude, rural community, and the playful spark at the heart of cultural exchange. A film that balances the elements of distance and proximity.
