They are seven, eight and nine years old. Lala, Kalulah and Muhabat recently arrived in Belgium from Afghanistan. Margaux Dauby films this space, very much their own, that they have constructed between their Afghan culture, at home, and their adoptive language, French, at school. She puts herself at their level, at the right distance to capture the details of this childish world, up to the whispering of their games, up to seeing them grow.
