Aurora's celestial face contrasts with her rock-star looks and her somber performances against projected geometric patterns moving psychedelically on a white screen. Her art is visceral and obsessive, sexual and fatal. Probably a reflection of her troubled life, fighting for the right to accept herself and being accepted by others as she is. As a transsexual woman, she needs to be urgently submitted to a sex reassignment surgery but can't find the financial means to do so. Scared of loosing her, her friends launch a crowdfunding campaign to raise money. But the path is long and painful. The film takes us on an intimate journey through Aurora's life, through her hopes and fears. A first person testimonial of resilience and strength.
