Documentary – not exclusively, but with greater responsibility insofar that its characters reckon with oppressive systems or real conflicts – addresses sensitive (to put it mildly!) political contexts with a varied grammar: fixed shots, narrative constructions resembling fiction cinema, use or misuse of archives...). What is the role of cinematographic devices in deconstructing propaganda and/or information flows in real time? What questions arise for those who intend to film politically?

Participating filmmakers: Piotr Pawlus & Tomasz Wolski - In Ukraine (International Feature Film Competition); Tommaso Santambrogio - Taxibol (Burning Lights Competition); Narges Kalhor - Sensitive Content (International Medium Length & Short Film Competition); Kinga Michalska - Vampires, It's Nothing to Laugh at (International Medium Length & Short Film Competition); Bill Morrison - Incident (International Medium Length & Short Film Competition).
