The event\u200b\u200b offers the participants the opportunity to not only present their projects to key players, but also discuss their content in the form of roundtables and one-to-one meetings in order to explore which financing and distribution options as well as markets are most organic and relevant to them. An entry fee will be charged to cover the administrative costs of the submission.\u00a0 Submissions from countries on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visionsdureel.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/VdR26_Eligible_countries.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this list<\/a> can request a fee waiver by emailing us at <a href=\"mailto:industry@visionsdureel.ch\">industry@visionsdureel.ch.<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All submission forms must be filled out in English including additional written materials. Audiovisual materials should include English subtitles if in another language.<\/li>\n<li>Incomplete submissions or submissions entered after the deadline may not be accepted. Projects for the VdR\u2013Industry activities are selected by the Artistic Director and Head of Industry, together with an international selection committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selection Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The main criteria for selection include:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the artistic quality of the project;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">its international potential;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">financial feasibility;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the track record of the directors and\/or producers.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Visual materials (such as teaser, selected scenes, etc.) play a key role in the assessment process as do the director\u2019s and producer\u2019s statement, budget summary and financing plan. This fee will cover:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Two INDUSTRY accreditations for the director and producer giving full access to the VdR\u2013Industry programme as well as film screenings at the Festival.
