Doc Alliance Selection Award: a documentary film talent awarded in Locarno on 8 August 2015 by seven European festivals. Discover the 7 nominees, 5 of them previously shown at Visions du Réel this year!

Doc Alliance is the result of a creative cooperation between 7 European major documentary film festivals: CPH:DOX Copenhagen (Denmark), Doclisboa (Portugal), Docs Against Gravity FF (Poland), DOK Leipzig (Germany), FID Marseille (France), Jihlava IDFF (Czech Republic) and Visions du Réel. The online platform dafilms.com promotes the documentary cinema.

For the 8th year in a row, the seven festivals members of Doc Alliance have nominated 7 exceptional documentaries that will compete for the Doc Alliance Selection Award 2015. The winner (see below!) is announced at the Festival del film Locarno, during the award ceremony held on 8 August 2015.
