A documentary about faith. An essay on getting old and the fear of death. A story about a group of elders in a soon to become a ghost town and their lifetime struggle for respect of their culture. The understanding of faith, where the need for water is the main driving force. Ancient culture is presented as a heritage for new generations to come, if their hometown survives after they die. A film that portrays childhood as hope, while the main characters remind us that nothing is more powerful than our own will and that there is no such thing as a lost cause.
