Don Emilio has worked on Isabel Island over the last thirty years. In only two kilometres of land, the island has been used as a fishing refuge, scientific research base camp and as a centre of touristic activities. Emilio Sartiaguin, a former fisherman, suffered the considerable decrease of fish in the last years, caused by the bad use of nets, forcing him to switch from fishing to touristic activities. Refusing to abandon his island, Emilio now brings tourists with his family business. Through his eyes, we will know the dynamics of the island with its visitors and the strong relationship between Emilio and Isabel Island, knowing the transformations of this land and of himself at the same time.
