The Armenian Genocide is an open wound in humanity . The diaspora of the survivors went through distant countries. Argentina was one of them. The story portrays Buenos Aires and Yerevan, the armenian capitol, as cities that prepare themselves to commemorate the 100th anniversary of a genocide that is still hidden
In april the streets, the subways, the buildings, are dressed in violet. Hundreds of posters commemorates the historical event. The flower stalls flood the city: all people will have a bouquet for be deposited, in a crowded demonstration, in the imposing memorial of Erevan. Despite the elapsed century, the exercise of memory and the demand are still alive
