We meet Philipp, suffering from an obsessive-compulsive disorder which lead him to various suicide attemps, has spent many months in mental institutions. He lost his leading position in an insurance company but not the employment itself. Philipp is a fighter and finally overcomes his illness, falls in love again and buys a brand-new apartment – a happy ending?
Or Christian the trustee. He built up his own business and gathered a major client. A success story you might think, but it hasn’t always been like this. He was tortured by heavy depressions and anxiety. Today he still walks the line.
Then there’s Kathia, a very strong but fragile person. She used to be a trainer before she was afflicted by borderline psychosis. Her arms and legs are laced with cuts. Still able to work, but nobody cares about her working potential.
